traffic - paid vs total - hades investigations

Key Objective – To drive ‘targeted quality’ traffic to the website hadesinvestigations.co.uk

Measuring KPIs throughout our testing enables us to improve domain visibility and significantly increase traffic in general. Due to our years of experience in utilising Google Paid channels, we were able to test and improve the performance of Hades Investigations’ Google Ads campaigns until we achieved great results in a relatively short period of time.

The overall year-to-year traffic raised by 225.39%, and the traffic from Paid Search alone increased by 195.45%.

It’s a little-known fact that there is an additional benefit from a successful paid Ads campaign: Google sees it as a trust signal (due to increased conversion rates, on-page engagement and the additional traffic) and improves Search Engine Results Position (SERP) positions and in effect increases Organic Search traffic. The 203.23% increase in Organic Traffic is the positive ‘side effect’ of Google Ads.

Relationship between paid and organic conversions for hades investigations

Key Objective – To increase the number of conversions

Sending traffic to the website is not enough, we aim for quality as well as quantity, and this is proved by the number of qualified conversions.

*a conversion is a booking, enquiry, phone call or in some cases – a sale, traceable through Google Analytics. Not somebody browsing your website and then leaving –  yes we have seen this!

While the total number of conversions for 2024 increased by 165.24% compared to 2023, conversions from Paid Search increased by 152.59%, and up to 247.40%, including the number of direct phone calls via Google Ads (which cannot be seen into GA4 as the user never lands on the website). – could this data be in a table?

And now the best news – the number of conversions from Organic Search (another “side effect” of paying Google for Ads) increased x20

Steps taken

1. Free Discovery Call to assess the actual company’s position, advise on best-suited marketing strategies (in Hades Investigations’ case, this was paid ads), and possible challenges in successful implementation.

2. Free Google Ads Forecasting to ensure we can achieve success with the available budget. We are data-driven, and we would not take a client on board before making sure we believe we can deliver success.

3. Tracking Set-up to enable us to track the success of our work for the client. This step normally includes setting up or auditing Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager to ensure correct data collection. We track a number of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and continue improving website performance.
