The “it’s always been this way” approach
Desktop computers are nowhere to be found, we’re a laptop kinda crew. Can work from anywhere in the World, but our home is in Letchworth Garden City. We mix the modern way of virtual thinking with the traditional ‘we know it works’ way of operating.
There’s nothing better than a team huddle on a Monday morning when we collaborate, check-in as a team and move everything forward.
Work / Life Balance
It’s a real thing for us, we don’t like a 5 day working week, so we don’t offer them. We do offer Health Insurance and 25 days holiday on top of Bank Holidays, as standard.
